mosquitoes are attracted to carbon dioxide.
ReplyDeleteI think that we are mixing up two different devices.
the fogger actually puts out a toxic [to them anyway] fog, most times it is visable. then you have the "mosquito magnets that puts out carbon dioxide that attract the mosquitos and then trap them.
My mosquito magnet works great as long as you set it up in spring and it kills all the mosquitos that hatch which prevents them from mating . I don't know the numbers but I have been told that if you kill one mosquito in the spring [a female] and it is no longer around to lay eggs and its kids can't lay eggs etc. then by the end of a new england summer there will be 237,000 fewer mosquitos for every female killed . They are like bunny rabbits on speed ....every 3 days or some ridiculous number.
The fogger that puts out a fog ,while it works incredibly well kinda scares me as the operator needs to be in close proximity and i wonder what I would be inhaling as i killed the SOB's
That is really nice to hear. thank you for the update and good luck. Visit site
